Prior to moving to East Tennessee, I was a Manufacturers Representative for Siemens Automation, Samsung Electronics and many other State of the Art manufacturers of electronic assembly equipment, used in the building of printed circuit boards, for everything from cell phones to the space shuttle. I had total sales and marketing responsibility for the west coast of Florida and generated average total sales of $20,000,000 per year.
I have been a Real Estate investor myself since buying my first duplex in 1987. I have owned and rented a dozen overnight rentals in Sevier County, which gives me a great insight into what it takes to be a successful and profitable Short Term Rental owner.
Helping buyers and Sellers in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee for over 20 years, I have been in the top 5% of Realtors in our MLS for the past 10 years.
